Configuration happens through a one-time technical setup using ADB (Android Debug Bridge) from a connected computer. The app requires the WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS system permission to toggle Airplane Mode automatically, and background location access to monitor Wi-Fi state changes accurately. No root access is needed.
